Return Process

  Carefully place the silk garments in their original protective box, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the silk, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
